Refund policy

At TC Lifestyle, we strive to deliver high-quality women’s clothing and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a refund or replacement as per our policy. Customers must raise a return or refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting our support team with proper order details and product images (if applicable).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality team before approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side. TC Lifestyle reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
